Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use LeanBean.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Don't share your login.
• If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately.

What you can do

LeanBean is for personal health and fitness tracking. You can log your data, upload progress photos, write journal entries, connect with a coach, and use the calculators and insights features.

What you can't do

• Use the app for anything illegal
• Try to access other people's accounts or data
• Upload content that's harmful, abusive, or violates someone else's rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app

Your content

Everything you enter into LeanBean — your logs, photos, journal entries — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content. We store it solely to provide the service to you.

Coaching

If you connect with a coach, you choose what data they can see. Coaches are independent individuals — LeanBean is not responsible for any advice or guidance they provide. You can disconnect from a coach at any time.

Not medical advice

LeanBean is a tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app — including calculators, insights, fasting stages, or calorie estimates — should be treated as medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

Availability

We do our best to keep LeanBean running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We're not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This permanently removes all your data.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are used in ways that harm the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

LeanBean is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
